What was life like when you started coaching with Dani?

The business grew faster than we could keep up with our leadership skills. We started the company from scratch about 15 years ago. Over the years, new members joined the team, but there was no leader, and I needed to learn how to stand my ground. I always tried to run away from being a leader, but to face future challenges, someone had to step up and be it. That's when I crossed Dani's path and embarked on a transformative coaching journey with her, a journey that would not only shape my leadership skills but also my personal growth.

What you got out of it?

What were the impacts on your team?

As a result of the coaching, a few team members decided to move on, while new, skilled, motivated people joined the team, bringing a fresh perspective and energy. This shift in our team dynamics clearly indicated the positive impact of coaching on our team.

Dani taught me how to build trust to lead the team so that they can come forward with challenges. This emphasis on trust in leadership strengthened our team and instilled a sense of security and confidence among us.

We now have systems implemented to enable team members to set and achieve goals, personally and professionally.
